**Return Eligibility:**

- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

- Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and unworn.

- Proof of purchase is required (receipt, order confirmation, or packing slip).

 

**Items Not Eligible for Return:**

- Intimate apparel and swimwear for hygiene reasons.

- Items marked as final sale.

- Custom-made or personalized items.

 

**Return Process:**

1. Contact our customer service team at sales@aestheticallyceo.com to initiate a return request and get a label.

2. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include the proof of purchase.

3. Send your return to the address provided in the email response from our team!

4. Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.

5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

 

**Exchanges:**

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process as mentioned above. Specify the desired item for exchange when contacting customer service.

 

**Refund Policy:**

- Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) excluding any shipping charges.

- If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
